Richard Goldman has appeared in dozens of cases throughout Ontario, at all levels including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Commercial Court, the Estates Court, the Ontario Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Richard Goldman has also appeared before a wide range of administrative bodies including the License Appeal Tribunal (LAT) and the Real Estate Counsel of Ontario (RECO).
